Umia Finance & Slop Cash

The relationship between the onchain venture protocol, the $SLOP launch and the treasury governance design.

Updated November 8, 2026Read-only documentation

What is Umia Finance?

Umia Finance is an onchain platform designed to help projects launch, raise capital and govern key decisions. Its Tailored Auctions provide an initial token distribution and price-discovery mechanism, while its governance model uses markets to help direct treasury decisions.

How does Umia relate to Slop Cash?

Slop Cash is using Umia's launch stack for its $SLOP token auction. The project describes a segregated-portfolio legal arrangement under Umia Launcher SPC and an onchain treasury on Robinhood Chain. The $SLOP governance token participates in decisions about that treasury.

What is a Umia Tailored Auction?

A Tailored Auction builds on Uniswap's Continuous Clearing Auction model. Sale supply is distributed through configured blocks, and each participant sets a budget and maximum bid price. Auction configuration can include eligibility-gated Early Bid periods followed by broader public rounds, wallet caps and other terms.

Why does Umia use zkTLS for Early Bid?

Umia's extension can provide privacy-preserving proof of eligibility based on offchain or onchain criteria. This allows a project to reserve a portion of its auction for relevant community participants without asking each participant to make every qualifying account detail public.

What happens to auction proceeds?

For a successful Slop Cash auction, proceeds are intended for a noncustodial onchain treasury, with a specified portion used alongside reserved tokens to seed protocol-owned market liquidity. $SLOP tokenholders participate in governance over the project's treasury through decision markets.
